Projects operations department

This is the central pivotal department of the company, and all the rest are peripheral. It has the responsibility of handing over the projects on time

and within the target budget without sacrificing the quality and safety.The management and supervision of the projects are the primary responsibilities of the department. This department also requires the majority of employees consisting of the Project Managers, Site Engineers, Foremen, Skilled and Labors. This department is headed by the Projects Operations Manager.
